This training prepares for two official PeopleCert ITIL® 4 Managing Professional module exams: ITIL 4 Specialist: Drive Stakeholder Value and ITIL 4 Specialist: High Velocity IT.
- Exam format: multiple-choice exam per module with 40 questions and 90 minutes per exam
- Passing score: 28 of 40 points per exam, equivalent to 70%
- Prerequisite: valid ITIL® 4 Foundation certificate or another accepted ITIL 4 prerequisite
- Exam language: English
- Exam delivery: online exam after the seminar at an individually selectable date
- Certification currency: PeopleCert certifications are kept current through renewal within three years, for example by another qualifying certification or CPD route
Both certificates count toward the ITIL® 4 Managing Professional designation. The full designation additionally requires the CDS and DPI modules.

Yes. The training package includes the exam fees for both official ITIL 4 module exams. The exams are taken online after the seminar at a date of your choice.

Each module exam is a multiple-choice exam with 40 questions and 90 minutes. The passing score is 28 correct answers, equivalent to 70%.
Does this seminar grant the full ITIL 4 Managing Professional designation?
The seminar covers DSV and HVIT, two required modules for the ITIL 4 Managing Professional designation. The full designation also requires CDS and DPI. Suitable follow-up trainings are ITIL 4 Specialist: Create, Deliver & Support and ITIL 4 Strategist: Direct, Plan & Improve.
